For most clients, the consulting process starts with our evaluation, which is complimentary for qualified hotels or management companies. HCS just asks for a complimentary room on a space available basis if overnight travel is required. Travel expenses may be shared with hotels receiving the evaluation on the same trip, but is always disclosed ahead of time. The hotel will receive a report with HCS findings and any recommendations.
