Hotel LED Lighting Retrofits and New Installs

HCS was selected by Marshall Hotels and Resorts to provide and procure all technology services, project management and hotel LED Lighting installation for the new Hampton Inn in Ocean City, MD. We believe in future-proofing at all costs- whether it is through the cabling infrastructure or the equipment selected or installing LED Lighting for any type of fixture.

HCS made recommendations and followed the Hilton brand standards to help Marshall Hotels and Resorts and ownership open the hotel on time and within spec. and budget.

Our recommendations for using LED Lighting for the exterior parking lot and interiors gave an 80% reduction in lighting costs- providing a high-class look for an upscale hotel located on the inter-coastal waterway.

LED installs fall under the Federal Environmental Protection Act, subsidizing the total cost of the LED installation. HCS drove the cost down even further by seeking energy incentives and rebates with the local power provider.

This LED install will have a Return on Investment of under 18 months- even before the rebates and tax credits are accounted for!
